Everything was absolutely great! When we arrived we got a complimentary upgrade due to them booking our room which worked in my favor because the room was probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever been in and the extra perks such as a jacuzzi and a private balcony were a big plus! The bed comfort was very great and the external beauty of the hotel was so tranquil and beautiful, made for a great evening wine drink by the pond. I will recommend and definitely return!!

Very nice and good for the price. It looks like an apartment building, but don't let that trick you. Great rooms, great free benefits ( bottled water, cookies, breakfast, etc.) Last, great service by everyone we met.

The staff was more than exceptional! My family had stayed at different hotels this by far was the best. So beautiful and peaceful. I cannot brag enough on the staff.I had left my jewelry in my room.(a box full) The cleaning staff tracked me down just to give it to me! Amazing! My son also left a toy behind as well.Jennifer, the lady at the front desk decided to go dumpster diving. I felt so horrible and was willing to leave the toy behind.Jennifer was so sweet about it said “it was her pleasure.” The only thing I wish was that the restaurant was still open. Other than that it was an amazing time we’ll definitely be back.

The best I can say is the rooms were clean. It was a very average hotel. It is out of date and I was expecting more from an “Ascend” hotel experience. The courtyard has a very pretty view though and I was excited about the “uniqueness” of the place. But the walls are very thin. I heard every step the guests above us made. So when they were up, we were up. The beds were average. Our remote control to the TV had bad batteries and didn’t work. We used our cups the first night and housekeeping took them and did not replace. The morning of our check- out date, a man was pounding on our door and pulling at the handle to enter. Both my husband and I were asleep and it scared me half to death when I realized someone was trying to enter our room, even in spite the “Do not disturb” sign was placed outside the door. There was no one big thing that put me off, just a compilation of a lot of little things. Just not my favorite experience and I would not choose to stay here again in the future.
