The room was spacious and had a nice kitchen. The staff was friendly and checked in a couple times during the trip to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here!

Susan and Vincent are great. Rooms allow pets for a fee. I was in a room where someone smoked. Reserved a suite, but it was not clean when we got there. They gave us 2 king rooms instead. 3rd time I've been there.... Will keep going back

This was the first of two Townplaces we would stay on our 3 day trip. A little isoliater but Easy to get to and not to far from the malls and restaurants of you need them. Room was clean, appliances all worked and the Grab and Go Covid Breakfast was not all bad, they did offer coffee, juice, fruit and muffins. The only real complaint is that the toilet is up against the vanity and they still managed to squeeze in the toilet paper holder, so you may get more intimate with it then you would like and have to play magician to figure out how to utilize it. Otherwise staff was friendly and room was clean.

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times since the pandemic began.nThe hotel is okay I guess I'd rate it a 2 star, it's nothing fancy, most times I still find hair, dirt, dead bugs, etc in my rooms.nThe breakfast now is horrible. They serve boiled eggs, muffins and granola bars. Which really isnt convienent for someone whose dairy free since there were no dairy free options.nMy last stay is what really made me not like this hotel. After driving for 4 hour we arrive at our already paid for hotel late at night. We are suppose to leave a card on file for incidentals however their card machine wasn't working after 4 different cards were attempted we were told if we cannot put a card down then we cannot stay IN OUR PAID FOR HOTEL ROOM. The Assistant GM stated it was only her 3rd day but she was certian it was NOT the card reader. My husband and infant were turned away to wait in the lobby or leave completely until we can procure a working card. This is very disappointing that we were turned away with a baby while our room was already paid for with a Marriott Bon Voy card. You would think a perk would include getting to check in without any additional cards or at least let us have a room until you can fix your machine because again IT WAS PAID FOR. After over an hour went by before she finally gave up with the card reader and allowed us to have a room.nThis is rediculous.nShe wouldn't let us talk to her boss and stated she was the Assistant GM so there was no one else yet kept saying it was also only her 3rd day.nIt was a horrible ordeal and I probably won't stay here again unless it's my only choice.

The hotel was overall great! I would have given it a higher rating if it wasn’t for the non-mask wearers. Kyle, the employee checking us in was great. Friendly, informative, helpful and most of all wore a mask and was very aware of Covid rules. However the evening employee did not wear a mask which was disturbing. And NO ONE staying there wore a mask which was even more disturbing! It did not make for a restful, relaxing stay. The rooms were large and seemed clean. After this pandemic, I would stay there again if passing through! I think hotels should require all guests to wear them in the building
