This bike is awesome not only because they have great products, any bike shop can have them.. the staff is very friendly and helpful to say the least. I went a handful of times to check bikes and they never made me feel rushed or ignorant for asking questions about group sets and/or comparing models. Everyone that I came in contact with today was an absolute pleasure! They squeezed me in for new tires and they were the only ones in NWA with the tire size that I needed. I’ll definitely be back and absolutely recommend them!
Fantastic shop. I was visiting the area for all of the Epic trails that this area has and had forgot my sram wireless derailleur and my Reverb dropper batteries and this shop was 1 of only 2 bike shops in both Bentonville and Fayetteville that actually had one in stock and saved my weekend.nnFriendly employees and I highly recommend them. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
After looking at a few other bike shops, this one was by far the best . Friendly and offered suggestions to help us figure out what bike would be best.
This place is fantastic. We came in completely clueless and left feeling informed, happy, and comfortable with our purchase. The owner, Ben, really treats his customers well and the employees are always so nice. They even installed our rack and gave us a tutorial on how to use our equipment. Highly recommended!
