I want to give this hotel 3.5 stars because they lied to us about the hours for breakfast. We get down to breakfast each morning an hour before it is supposed to end and it had already ended. So frustrating!!! Other than that the room was super clean and well taken care of. I would stay again as the price was decent for our little weekend getaway. Maybe next time we will actually get to eat breakfast...
Neil and his team are top notch. They make their guests feel at home. Exceptional facility and conveniently located, close to the University of Arkansas and to Fayetteville attractions.
We came to this Fayetteville to hike with our pup and this hotel actually allows doggos so we decided to give it a try during this pandemic. I was a little iffy at first because of it but they were wonderful. Everything is nice and the stay ended up being terrific. They had grab and go breakfast, which I thought was cancelled so that was a plus!
I checked in staybridge suites Fayetteville Arkansas on Thursday on September 17,2020 to see my daughter that goes to U of A since I've been at staybridge suites I haven't seen them enforcing no mask wearing to protect the guess who wants to survive this Covid-19 I have 2 videos for everyday I have been I think they need to be shut down and any other business that doesn't enforcing it it's the law and people lives I think if they dont and people die they needs to be charged with murder.I hope this changes something in this policy because I'm checking out now and going on social media to warn people that's getting ready to come for football season
The website for this hotel likes to redirect you to a third party booking site. By the time you are urged to book, you're screwed into the rate and the room you might or might not get. Always book with a hotel rep. On the phone. The furniture in the room is worn and stained also it was broken and damaged by previous guest with no repairs. Room was dirty after watching the maid service finish, I walked in the room and found lighters under the cushions and other hazards to my children that were staying in the room. The entire third floor smells like Curry and death with a mixture of mold. No air conditioning on 3rd floor. The pool is great. The customer service is great with nice staff. For the price after getting tricked, it was not worth the money. If you can get this hotel at a fair rate, around $100 a night, I would use it for a night.
