He clearly and honestly explained our present situation and future options, removing all of our worry and wonder concerning permits, insurance and of best practice and materials. We now feel confident we have a team of professionals to oversee our present and future roofing needs.
Brown Boys Roofing is so good, I’ve used them on two homes! You can be assured of a quality installation with superior service once they have completed the job. Most recently, I had a roof and gutters installed on my home and gutters on an auxiliary building. My only occasion to call resulted in same day service “above and beyond” for which I am grateful.
I could not be happier with my roof. I believe it is the most beautiful one in the state. The entire staff from start to finish were beyond amazing. They were a blessing!
We had a fantastic experience with Brown Boys. We have used other roof companies previously and can speak with experience that Brown Boys service is in a league of their own. My sales contact was Jerimiah and despite the cowboy hat, he was a good dude! All phone calls were answered or responded to promptly. No appointments were missed. The project finished ahead of the planned date. The crew was amazing...these guys worked their butt off for two full days. Several Supervisors visited multiple times each day to monitor progress and quality standards. Clean up post work was great...very few nails and debris was found. A week after completion the service didn’t stop. Jerry came out and flew a drone over the house to take photos and show me all the areas not visible from the ground. I am confident that if I ever need roofing services in the future Brown Boys will be the only call I make. Family owned and operated, they have been in business for many years and will likely be around for a long time to come.nGreat Team. Thank you guys!
Matt, from Brown Boy Roofing, provided excellent service during the inspection of my roof. Worked directly with the insurance company to provide photos and specifics on the cost to repair. Made multiple trips to my home to make sure the insurance company and I had everything we needed to complete the claims process. He made the entire process very easy.
