The family that runs this hotel are so nice. We need more people like them in hospitality
The clerk at the front desk was very courteous and pleasant but the rooms were very dirty. The 1st room I had was a non-smoking room but reeked of cigarettes. It was dusty and had visible spiderwebs on the walls and ceilings. The headboard was very dirty, fingerprints and traces of substances running down it. I asked to be moved to another room and again, the clerk was accommodating but this one had a dirty headboard and ROACHES. I left and had to call to make reservations elsewhere.
I checked in at 430pm there was no water at all till 7pm. You would think they would offer a room with water but this never happened. The bed was hard and they didn’t offer breakfast or coffee for 110$ you should get better.
Was there a management change recently?! This place is on the verge of ruin! Smelly, no breakfast, no swimming pool as advertised on the hotel websites. All of this mess for $130?! What happen?! The lobby has no lights where arrived at night. The room itself looks different than a fresh/clean/new advertised pictures. Horrible! Please stay away. I would rather sleep in the car next time. Please avoid this place at all cost.
