6/25/20nnMy experience at this hotel was horrible, room 115 suite have mold in there by the refrigerator leaking so much it got molded to the closest to the refrigerator you can see it an we stayed in there 4 night in till they did something about it also very poor customers service locked up my credit cards the first day arrived after driving 13hrs an when the wife first walked in she stepped in water in front of refrigerator, we then bring that to there attention they said someone was coming to check but no one never came an it gotten worse by day 4 they changed the room an was lose on was going on never again for me at this Comfort inn it look nice but the nights I was there( bad ). No thank for letting us know manager clueless I love Comfort inn but not the customer service. Won't never come back .

Room was great, service was outstanding... Especially since the young lady at the front desk had never done CLC, and had other issues happening around her that took nerves of steel!

The only reason I'm okay with giving one star and not zero is the great customer service I got it check in with Shonda and Janice. Room was nice and clean. We had a great 1st evening took a swim we slept great. My interaction with LaToya however was as different as night and day. Latoya at front desk the next morning had a horrible attitude seemed not to want to be bothered or to help actually stopped helping me and had me wait at the front desk while she had a NOT QUICK conversation on the phone with an employee about hot not being full and no hours for tomorrow more than I needed to know or hear about. She seemed more intrested in cleaning out her truck then assisting customers. With Latoya's do it yourself....I don't care....don't want to be here attitude I'll definitely look for somewhere else to stay my next visit.

The room was nice and clean and comfortable... it had a huge tv even offered complimentary water etc it was nice
