This place was awesome!! So clean and crisp looking, so cool upon walking in and just the best place I’ve stayed in so far during the past few months I’ve traveled. I can’t even tell you how happy and satisfied after many hours of traveling to walk in a place this nice and clean and just to know I’d be sleeping so good that night!! The staff was super nice and helpful and although they didn’t have everything they usually offer for breakfast they had way better options than all other places I had been to!! I mean WAY BETTER!! I would definitely return to here if ever needed again!! It is worth the money you spend here without a doubt!!ud83dude01
LOVED our stay here! We had to evacuate SWLA for hurricane Laura. The rooms were great, especially since we had to stay almost a week. Plenty of room for my family and our two little dogs. We had all the amenities of home. The staff was so nice and helpful. Michelle the manager took care of us and even waived the pet fee for us since we were evacuees! Would definitely recommend staying here!nn(Only complaint is they didn't have a pool.... You actually have to walk next door to their other hotel and use that pool.)
Booked through booking.com however they failed to mention the 75$ petfee the staff really came through and the room was nice and clean as expected the beds are comfortable i would recommend.
Would have received 5 stars if the website had noted anywhere that breakfast is NOT included. There's a locked room, accessible only with room key card, where you can purchase food and drink items. Coffee is free but I didn't see anything else that didn't cost anywhere from $0.50 to several dollars. Otherwise, decent room and good location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
This place is awesome. The rooms are clean, neat and have everything besides food in them. The staff is AMAZING!! Thank you to ms Michelle, I would recommend this place to anybody staying in El Dorado.
