First impression from the outside raised a doubt whether we should check in or cancel / change the reservation on hotels.com. Once inside we changed our mind. The place is upto the mark as expected.... just the looks from outside is more of a motel like days inn or knights inn....big lobby, polite staff.. quick checkins... big rooms comfort and relaxing.... clean Nd neat......ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

The room was clean, the lobby was clean. There were kids running the hall untill after 11: pm then started again at 6 am. Got snacks a small bag of checkmix a mall can of pringles and a rice crispy treat, $11.25. Thought I was at an airport. The breakfast was a cold muffins or cereal. Covid-19 I guess. Not worth of the after tax $113+. Not much rest. The pool. Was closed covid19. Only reason I gave 3 stars was for the clean room.

Service is exceptional from check to checkout. Both front desk staff and housekeeping staff are friendly and courteous. I've found that even during the Covid-19 pandemic they one of the few hotels that offer some sort of breakfast. Rooms are clean and updated. They even allow early check-ins if rooms are available.

As we had stayed there before we were very happy with the hotel last but a very different story this year. They didn't tell us they didn't have any downstairs rooms till after we checked in as my husband can't maneuver stairs and they had no working elevator. As were unpacking to take our stuff upstairsthere is to the left of us a drunk man passed out on the sidewalkand on the other side of us were gentleman walking around at 10 at night all over the parking lot on their phones but it was enough to make us very uncomfortable. we called downstairs they had someone come by and wake them drunk guy up and I don't know about the other. during the night they had a bunch of kids in the hotel who continually slammed doors most of the night. To make sure you ask if there's a youth program going on in the area. Worst was when I went to check out and I was trying to tell the desk managerSheetz in for me those were her regulars who were there all the time and she couldn't keep them from wandering around the complex at night or getting drunk. really trying to make me feel like I was at fault for complaining about the situation. Will not be there this next time.
