Revisited. Most enjoyable stay in several trips to the city. Clean, updated and love the rail car for breakfast buffet. Most friendly staff.
Flea bag motel. Beautiful rooms, property, and location. I booked a room and went 2 days early to view it. Was in the room for 5 mins and left with 3 fleas on my leg. I was very disappointed.
Excellent customer service very friendly staff and elegant rooms location is second to none and the amenities the pool you have to see to believe i will be a frequenting customer ud83dude00
The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. They upgraded our suite when we arrived at no charge just because. The room was very spacious and homey. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. The people of El Dorado, AR are extremely friendly!
I believe I was irritated at one of the surrounding restaurants for poor service (gave them 2 chances). Plus your hotel setup is not the typical that I'm used to. But it really is nice - so nice that I videoed it and sent it to my husband my first trip. So sorry for the original low rating.
