Love it . Grate place to stay five stars will definitely come back
Owners are not true to their word. We rented a cabin 3 weeks in advance, plans changed and called to cancel the next week, which was 2 weeks before we were gonna be there. We were told we had to cancel at least a month in advance. And no refunds. The owner said this info was in the policy on their website. At that time and a lot of searching, it was nowhere to be found. We told her to try and rent it out, pretty sure they could have rented it, especially when she had 2 weeks notice. People have called and she has denied them having a cabin available for that weekend. Do not rent from the place!!!!!
Booked a cabin Sunday, June 14th, paid in full for July 10-12. I called to cancel my reservation but I am not able to get a refund since it’s not 4 weeks prior. When I booked the reservation, it’s 3 weeks prior to me planning on going. Their policy was never given nor did Julia (owner) ever mention anything about it. I was trying to cancel it, I was told she would be “nice” and give me 50% back if someone else booked for that weekend. I had someone else call to see if they had any openings, Julia informed us she had no cabins available. These owners will lie and scam you out of your money. Beware & read their policy carefully. Also, not able to pull up the policy on an iPhone but I assume that’s also my fault.
This lady is obviously not concerned with the spread of Covid! A group of us booked a cabin through her and our employers have notified us that we can no longer travel at the moment because of the raising numbers of Covid-19 in our area! She refuses to refund our money or rent it to someone else! Definitely DO NOT recommend and will be contacting 7 on your side!
Great place to stay and get away from it all. This place amenities. You're not roughing it camping
