Bolding Construction Company

This is company to AVOID at all cost. They do not pay their subs and leave it up to the subs to put material leans on your property to get paid. If you have them do ANY work make sure you have them get a performance bond. They will leave you holding the bag to the subs. In the process of filing a law suit against them right now. Not my fault their employee embedded 100k from them to start his own company.nThese people are poison. AVOID at all cost. You’ve been warned.n~William~

I had a terrible experience with Bolding. I had storm damage from May and needed several things done. I hired them to fix damaged wood on the house, paint the entire house, and fix a broken deck. Bolding only showed up twice and both times were to collect money.nnThey did not give guidance to or manage the people they hired to do the repairs. The subcontracted company sent two guys to do all the repairs. They were at our house for a month rushing through the job. I had to tell them numerous times where they missed painting a spot and essentially how to do their jobs over and over again. This was stressful and the whole reason I hired a contractor, so I wouldn't have to supervise and give directions. After a couple of weeks of work I decided to hire someone else to fix the deck. I knew it wouldn't be worth the money Bolding was asking and the job was taking forever.nnToward the end of the job, Shanan, (from Bolding) showed up to collect the rest of the money before the job was finished. I told him I would pay the rest when the job was finished. He was angry about this and tried to shake me down for more money in front of the guys he hired because he had not paid them yet. I found this entirely unprofessional. If he had bothered showing up during the work he would have known what was left to finish the job. He also tried to say that a ceiling fan the subcontractors fried was my problem and not his. He eventually sent someone to fix the fan. He had a bad attitude about resolving issues. Shanan and the guys he hired also left several cigarette butts all over our property, did not clean up all of their mess, and filled our trash cans with construction waste.nnI would not hire this company again. I wish I had made the simple phone call they made to hire someone else to save a lot of money and receive the same service.

I worked for bolding along with several others who was not paid for weeks and weeks of service...do not hire these theives

Bolding Construction Company is top notch. I can not recommend Max or Justin highly enough for any level of remodeling or renovation jobs you may be doing. Excellent & prompt service , beyond professional on all levels.

Very professional and trustworthy company. Max went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend for any project!
