Definitely threadbare and a little worn but awesome location and quite clean. They seem to price with this in mind too so I'm always happy to stay here.
The staff is amazing. I had a small issue with the AC in my room and Cale was more than accommodating. She's the epitome of good customer service and needs to be promoted! All around great service.
No parking. Had to park in a run down parking garage across the street and worry about our car being broken into. I say this because there were crackheads hanging around the immediate area including the hotel. Also had to worry about it being towed as there were signs saying tow zone although hotel said don't worry about it. The hotel seemed nice but our room had a strong musky smell. They at least attempted to modernize and the beds were decent. No fridge in room. This hotel is a two star motel masquerading as a real hotel.
The staff was outstanding. The room, and breakfast were excellent. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars though because the wireless internet was either poor or non-existent. When you could get 1 or 2 bars of signal it worked okay until it cut out.
Five stars to the staff. Super friendly and helpful. They are really doing a great job during the pandemic. Also, this is a very dog friendly place.nnTaking one star off cuz I think there’s some smoke smell in the room and the lobby seems too dark somehow? But anyways this isn’t Hilton’s luxury brand so maybe I’m being too strict.
