Here for a two-night stay. Linens were semi-clean, smelled clean, so maybe they were. Floor was not clean. Within minutes my socks were dirty just walking around the room. The corners of the room had not been swept in quite a while. One corner in particular had dead bugs and a spider web.nnWe came in late at night so I asked that the floor be mopped while we were gone for the day. I know they came into the room because the bed had been made and the towels changed. FLOOR WAS STILL DIRTY.nnI don't care how nice the staff was. We will NEVER stay here again.

The night manager was very unprofessional. Had to call the hotel since no one was at tge desk. He came down wearing a t-shirt, jogging shorts, and flip flops. He acted like I was bothering him. When I called the desk in the morning for a late checkout, I was told that wasn't possible. I then had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk so I could get my receipt. Not once was I recognized as a rewards member or made to feel welcome. The owners need to learn how to be nice and take care of the guests.

Horrible experience. Would not recommend. The manager is rude. The ac in the rooms don't get cold at all. I stayed in room 206. Made reservations 3 weeks ago to stay here for the peacemaker festival. I reserved 1 room for 4 adults with 2 beds, got here to check in and they didn't have a room for me, they gave me a room with 1 bed. The ac didn't work, gthe manager was very rude.

The owners were very pushy about making us wait until three until we checked in after traveling all day and just wanted to get in the coolness. It has a cool location but other then that they were beating on the door before checkout to get us out and there was random workers yelling at the same homeless people to leave over and over. Just bad vibes all the way around

Absolutely the worst experience when it comes to Customer service. Ge was extremely rude and short to each guest in front of me not to mention double charging everyone. I’d suggest staying across town instead of this filthy place. Bugs all over the floor. Checmical sprayed on the old ptac that should of been updated with the renovation. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Learn how to treat and speak to your guest.
