The housekeeping staff didn't bring me fresh towels on my 2nd stay at their establishment. I am from out of town & I had someone come to take me somewhere. The owner saw them & called my room and told me that I was going to have to pay extra for them to be in my room!
The rooms are big . People are friendly, and it's located in right spot

Never had a bed bug problem there. My wife and I lived there for a few months. Did see a few roaches over that time but nothing you wouldn't expect in a motel on the north side of Fort Smith. Other than the few roaches most everything else was reasonable.
