Easily the nicest La Quinta I've stayed in. Rooms are great, updated and chock full of amenities. Charles greeted me at the desk and went above and beyond for me. I really appreciated it after a long drive. Thanks so much, Charles.
The room was very large, up to date. The bed was very comfy and room very clean. Planning to stay there next time I come down to Ft Smith.
The room was ok. The doors are dirty and worn. The lighting all around was quite dim, including the bathroom. The best part was the bathtub, but the tile steps get very slick when getting out. The bed was comfy and the pillows were very soft.
When we arrived, we parked at the front door. When I opened the door, there was a dead mouse. We told the front desk and they said it would be taking care of and they never had a complaint about mice. So we stayed, the first room had the furniture on the bed and a portable air conditioner on the floor that was not working. The front desk said they were remodeling but have us a different room and it only had 2 towels and the phone didnt work. We did get it half price.
We had to ask twice to have dust and food left by previous occupants cleaned from under the couch in our room. The hair dryer was missing and it took two calls to get one. We cleaned the dirty fingerprints off the doors ourselves. We expected much better with enhanced cleaning protocols during a pandemic.
