The lady working the 3pm to 11pm shift was extremely rude and disrespectful. She cussed at both me and my family. And that's not the worst part. In the room there were burn marks from a fire where the AC plugs in. The shower wouldn't drain. When I brought these issues up to the lady she got belligerent, told me she couldn't do anything, and cussed at me. She wouldn't even give us a plunger to drain the shower so we could take one. I have her on video being rude and unprofessional. By far the worst experience I have ever had.
On a work trip, 4 of us guys paid 100 bucks together for 2 rooms and 2 beds. Pretty good deal, but there was only one towel and one wash cloth. Get some more towels and it would be 5 stars
Its all ways been good service but not to good this last five days I got out of hospital stayed in town so I could call and make doctor's appt.and see a couple if them it just seem easier than going home in and coming right back for the next few days but it took 3 days for them to get me a phone in the room and then the smoke alarm feel if the wall and bare wires sparked and shorted out 2 lights between the bed and phone or the outlet wouldn't work so at check out time next day the man finally came to fix it wasn't to convent for me I ended up staying 6 days plus house keeping needs some touch up on how to clean wasn't very clean at all or very professional but their was one lady she worked in the office her name is shia I believe now she was very nice caring and professional I thought the place would at least give me some kind of discount since I was paying full amount and everything was not working like it should have been but I'll try them one more time ...thank you and god bless its us rurally 5 star but thus time staying I give it a 2 1/2 hope you have a better stay than mine
It's a decent place to stay where you don't get bothered or harrassed by the staff like at Super 8 in Van Buren. Staff here have been nothing less that respectful, friendly and helpful which really means a lot....
There is no polite way to review this property. Let's get right to it. My AC unit at home broke and I needed a room for a few hours until it was fixed. I booked online and arrived after 1 pm. They tried to hit me with an early check in fee of $20. Are you kidding me? I travel all the time. Never in my life has a hotel tried to charge me a early check in fee. This place is an absolute dirty dump and should be shutdown. You have been warned.
