National Family Pharmacy

Nobody was wearing a mask, the man who I’m assuming was the manager was rude to me and his staff and seemed like he considered me an inconvenience even though I was the only customer in the store. On top of all of that, they changed me $80 for a medication I know for a fact I have a $0 copay though insurance for. Hopefully my regular pharmacy will have my medication in stock next time I need a refill so I never have to go here again. Wouldn’t recommend.

They have taken care of my needs,very satisfied with coustomer service, I can ask for my perscription and they have it already waiting for my face and name very bright group.. I ran out of my one pill I needed they didn't have any more fill up the doctor had to send over a refill they gave me one pill for that day until we got the doctor to approve it.it was all I needed.

I switched from a chain pharmacy to National Family Pharmacy a few years ago and have been happy with them since then. They are always fast and help with any questions I have.

I have been to National Family Pharmacy two times. The pharmacist on my first visit was extremely rude. I like to give the benefit of the doubt so I returned a second time. A different pharmacist was on duty. I was sure he would offer better service. Unfortunately I was wrong. He was worse than the first. I doubt they will miss my money but I won’t go back.

The employees were super sweet and helpful and had prescription filled in minutes
