Everything was exceptionally clean. Spent a very restful night away from home.
Horrid customer service, sketchy residents ( yes full-time motel inhabitants that leave and return every 30-45 minutes entire night every night), POOR mgmt who refused a refund when asked at 630 pm after requesting a new room at 1130 a.m., oh and the side doors do not even lock so anyone can walk down the halls. This hotel apparently serves just workers (apparently legal and illegal type work) and not normal paying travelers. Beware families and anyone who wants quiet, safe place!
Horrible service. Found needles and lighter in my room asked for a refund they wouldn’t and we payed for two nights. Had a non smoking room that had burn marks everywhere in the carpet and we just decided to leave and stay in our car for the night.
Extremely clean and great customer service. Bed was very comfortable and love the breakfast egg. Love the new look of the lobby. It was very welcoming and colorful. We ll be back again.
This new company is better than the old Guest house inn. Clean room . Check inn was very quick. Love the great citrus smell inside the room. breakfast was ok. i will be back again.
