Slow to get maintenance in to fix anything. I had a neighbor stabbed with a ice pick, another one thrown off balcony, weight lifters above me dropping the weights on floor all night. I was given an eviction notice for having a plant by my door! Police there all the time. Over priced, poorly insulated, terrible management with zero people skills. They DO NOT screen people, they let any one move in. Horrible place. RUN away fast!
I am giving this place 1 star b/c it's the lowest rating that is allowed to give. When I first moved out here it was well kept and a quiet place to live, and I had no problems with maintenance or management. Now it has new maintenance and a new manager that just don't care. I have had to deal with several problems including pests, no heat or air, and problems with plumbing. Maintenance can't fix anything and management doesn't care. DO NOT move out here.
Bugs, old appliances that don't work properly, did I mention bugs??nIf conditions improve, so will my review.
