This place has changed dramatically and there is great service from 2 people I know. They are the best of the best if you need rent to own or just rent.
My air has been out two months and James Broadway will not fix it. I've got kids and a disabled family member my children haven't been able to stay here in over 3 weeks and now I'm living in a motel while also racking up rent here because the home is unlivable and this is all with a window unit to supplement it
DO NOT MOVE HERE THE MANAGER IS CLEARLY UNRELIABLE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE BASIC LIVING Necessities. HE ALWAYS SAYS ONE THING DOES ANOTHER and finds a way to blame George the old manager what a joke they charge way to much rent for that you can get a luxury apartment
Gunshots, Fireworks, OverRun TrashBins every week , No Sleep, Wild Rabid Animals all running loose, people in your yard all the time not a good place
All around bad place to live. Manager is horrible.
