It's a Fad. You can get a regular Mobile home for the same price and not be cramped. Plus Make sure you do your home work on the cost to up grad. These don't come code ready. VA loans also require about 6,000 in up grads. Again just pick up a regular Mobile home
Loved the home styles, not the prices. Would have loved to seen some basic prices. They were very busy with deliveries so we didn't bother asking questions
Didn't buy a home, but we loved the ability to browse for free without a salesperson following us around. Made us realize a tiny home could easily work for our family!
