I stayed with this hotel for 3 months almost and I had to go out of town to a different job for a couple weeks. Me and my family where very had felt we built a good relationship with the staff and the manager. I spoke to Nancy the manager personally and told her that I would be having a package or 2 delivered while I was gone. She stated to me that theirs no problem with that at all! It would not go anywhere it was safe their and no one would touch it! Well I called their and spoke to the night shift one night to see if a package was delivered and he stated yes. I asked for him to please give it to Nancy the manager to put up for me and he said no problem. As soon as I got back all the ppl acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. And the gentleman that works their he supposidly was sick and was not coming in. I asked her cus I was going back home to please send it to me when she gets it from him. So I called the police. Now they have a new story according to them it was abandoned property. How is anything abandoned when they recieved it and acknowledged that I was coming back. So they stole federal mail from me and are lying to the police.

I'm a totally blind teacher and customer service professional. I intended to book two nights in this establishment to work on professional developments for the weekend and unwind. Often due to being blind I cannot see the graphics and read some of the text on booking.com so I cannot read the text on some of the room descriptions so I called the hotel. When I asked about the amenities offered the lady became short and asked me what hotel I was from. This is extremely unprofessional and I will be looking somewhere else for my weekend stay.

First off this place is amazing, when you first get their you are greeted by a very sweet lady at the front desk is super friendly and can help you with anything you could ever think of. When you get to your room it is extremely clean and a very good size, it has CEILING FANS, and newer TVs and so much more. The house keeper is so friendly and does an amazing job. Everyone was very friendly and the staff their wrote us a note on our vehicle saying one of our tires were low. I would highly recommend this place to any one coming to Bryant Arkansas.

Do not be afraid of this hotel. Room was exceptionally clean and staff was very friendly. If was in the area would definitely stay there again. Honestly couldn't believe how clean and well kept the room was
