They are very friendly and helpful. I never thought I would learn something new from a simple stay at a hotel, but I did. They make you feel welcome and for me that say a lot. Thank you HomeTown Hotel!
Was on road trip back to Texas was tired stopped for fuel at the shell and said here's a place to stay. No frills but clean room and cozy bed. Shower was hot. Breakfast was skimpy but it's covid. Covid ruins all. Def stay here if you are in need a great value. Ty staff!
Nice Hotel room and even though there was a mistake made they took care of it promptly the rooms are large rooms very clean a good hotel to visit
Manager at this hotel is not to be trusted, it had nothing to do with the pet policy and everything to do with the staff and their treatment of their guests( we were not the only ones with complaints) . And yes we were the ones that called the police, and they were there when your staff came down and informed us that the room was clear and we should get our deposit back. Then after the review you tried to say we were a no show and weren’t there and our credit card had insufficient funds, all to try and look better and get more money. BEWARE OF THIS MANAGER AND THIS HOTEL BECAUSE HE IS COMPLETELY DISHONEST..especially if you leave a review he doesn’t like. END OF STORY, DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS OR YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, I have disputed charges with my bank that we’re not authorized and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!
I arrived for a prepaid reservation and was told because I had an out of state driver's license the reservation would have to be canceled and they would provide me with a different room at a higher price. I refused to do this was not given a room and was not given a refund. This is not an ethical hotel they are in the business of ripping people off.
