Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Bryant Little Rock

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel with no problem. On the day we were going to rent the 4th night we called and told them we would be back with the money . When we arrive back to our room our IPhone 11 was missing . We searched the room up and down for it to be no where to be found . Eventually we started to make our way to the lobby to see if maybe they had it . Then the manager had came out of one of the rooms before we had made it to the lobby (which was maybe 6 rooms away) With a cart they use to clean the rooms . We tried asking if he had seen a phone and he rudely asked us to back away from him and then started walking away from us . I ended up walking up to the front desk and talking to lady in the lobby she said she didn’t have it and they started to be very hateful (cussing us out and telling us we were trespassing and need to leave) I couldn’t leave with out the IPhone so I had to call the police and they told me to stay there and stay in the car . The management started to walk over to our car to tell us to leave and harass us, so I informed them we had the police on the way so we can get the phone . They turned back around and then all of a sudden found the phone. I’m 100% sure they tried to steal it . I want a refund for all the nights I was there because they tried to steal over a 1000 dollar phone and wasn’t going to give it back till the cops were called .

The rooms were clean. Staff was Friendly. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was good. Close to great places to eat and shop. I would stay here again without hesitation. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is the blanket on or bed was very old and tattered. One corner was torn and missing and the edges were badly faded and worn. That blanket should not be in linen rotation. It was clean and smelled fine but needed to be thrown out. Also, my bf had to go get a plunger for our bathroom (not a problem. Things happen). But when he went the second time because it just wasn't flushing, no one checked that out. Now, my bf was a plumber so he knew what to do but the motel didn't know that. They should have called maintenance or had a manager look at it.

Well kept clean remodel good cold air i give it 5 stars well respected staff only they need go down on the rent

Everyone is always so polite and friendly. The room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. We stayed here in April 2020 and will stay here when we come back and March 2021.

Nice clean rooms. Bryant is a very nice town to. Hotel staff was the best. Took good care of us. Thank yall very much.
