I spent 5 nights there and walked out to my truck and one of the employees walked up to me and said I need to pack up and leave. I haven't caused any trouble the whole time I was there. That was at $80 a night. To top it all. They said the deposit for $50 that that they also additional they hold out would be reembursed in 30 days. Well that was a month and a half ago and never got my deposit back. They really suck.

Small place rooms updated ac in my room though barely kept it cool enough on hot days. Absolutely no room for semis here perhaps one or two bobtail but that's it.

An unbelievable lack of customer service from the manager Kenny.nnI booked a room for my fiance who was going out of town and had to stop there on her way. When she arrived for a late check in, she was first given a key to AN OCCUPIED ROOM. At MIDNIGHT. She opened the door and saw a mans clothes on the bed and turned around real quick. I understand that in the service industry, mistakes happen, but this completely compromised the safety of my loved one. That could've been anybody in that room and something horrible could've happened to my fiance if she had gotten stuck in the room with a stranger. The front desk attendant Monica was extremely apologetic and handled the situation perfectly and it was not her fault, as she did not handle the booking. She was amazing. The problem was with the manager, Kenny that I spoke with in the morning.nnKenny showed no compassion or understanding for the dangerous situation that my fiance was put in, and he had the audacity to argue with me about compensation. Literally the only compensation I asked for was a late check out at her leisure and that she be able to leave whenever she was comfortable and get the rest that she needs. He argued with me! At first he told me that 12:30 was the best he could do, citing that they needed to get the room ready for the next guests. After arguing back and forth, he offered to comp the whole room, which while appreciated, all I wanted was a late check out, and he didn't give it to me unless I provided him a specific time for her to check out. I shot for 3:00 PM, which he begrudgingly gave to me, but honestly, I should not have had to name the time.nnKenny was unapologetic, rude and talked over me while I was explaining why I was upset. He should take some customer service lessons from his front desk employees. They should honestly have his job, because he obviously does not care at all about the safety of his guests, only getting them in and out as fast as possible. I will personally never use this location again as long as Kenny is in charge of things.

Nice rooms, comfy beds, high pressure showers, & large truck parking. All the essentials!
