I had to drive from Texas to Buffalo by my self in August to get to my mom in Canada as she was ill. This was during COVID. I chose this hotel because of their stated COVID-19 cleaning and social distancing practices and I was so pleased and felt so safe the first night, I decided to exclusively stay in Holiday Inn Express and Suites properties every single night of my journey. Today is my last day of quarantine in Canada and a big reason I am virus free is the precautions and safety protocols Holiday Inn has in place. THANK YOU - you have a customer for life.
Great bedside manner, the best hospitality anyone can ask for in a time like this! We came to visit family for the weekend and the assistant manager helped us out with a last minute booking! Our room was perfect, everything we needed and more! Super clean and they followed mandatory guidelines! We have a child with a disability and they accommodated us as much as they could. A home away from home! :) We will definitely be coming back.
We were greeted by friendly and professional staff upon arrival. Hotel rooms are very spacious and modern. Everything was immaculate - the whole facility seems brand new. Water pressure on the second floor was great. Thank you for an exceptional stay, Holiday Inn Express!

My employer chose Holiday Inn & Suites as a site to conduct company wide training. I must say that I was disappointed in the fact that the restrooms we had access to were not cleaned the entire eight hours we were there. One would think during a germ pandemic someone would have at least gathered up the trash that was overflowing onto the floor. I'm just wondering if the main restrooms are unsanitary what condition are the actual rooms in. The establishment seems to be of newer construction. I simply wish they would have taken pride in sanitizing the place.
