If I could put a zero star I would. We walked into the room thinking it was a non-smoking room which it was but it smelt of smoke. Next we pulled back the sheets and they were stained and dirty. Went to the front desk to explain that the sheets were not clean. The front desk employee then handed me another key to room next to ours. This time the room did not smell of smoke but the sheets once again were stained and dirty. As I was walking back to the front desk to obviously check out, the front desk employee was on his way down to the room. I explain to him that once again the sheets were unclean. I explained that we would not be staying there and asked for a refund. He was quite annoyed by this and instead of saying I’m sorry, he said it would take five days to put back on my card. The rooms might be inexpensive, but I do not recommend staying there. The pictures on their website are completely miss leading as well!

Good location. Attendant was very courteous. Bathroom was clean but the sheets, however, looked as if they had NEVER been washed. We had to sleep on top of the comforters. Nice people but for $10 less you can get breakfast and a clean bed at Days Inn (there is one across the way).

We got a smokin' deal here, probably due to ongoing renovation. The room was very clean, which we appreciated, but very much lacking in charm. And a bathroom doorknob. That's right, folks, just an empty hole in the bathroom door... Also the highway noise was almost unbelievable, and the room was definitely not sound proofed in any way. There was virtually no difference from having the door open than when it was shut! I kept thinking a window was open. Can't recommend this place other than the fact that it was clean, which IS important!

I called ahead to book and when I got there I was super sketched out. I went ahead and checked in. We got to the room and my husband and I definitely didn’t feel safe. So we immediately checked back out. I was told they couldn’t refund my money because I booked ahead of time. I would have to call their main office. I literally sat in my car and called them immediately to start processing the refund. It’s now been over two months and I still have yet to receive my refund. I would never ever recommend this chain to anyone.
