I recently traveled to Benton, AR for my mother's funeral. The Manager/Owner went above & beyond making my stay as comfortable & peaceful as possible and it was! He was kind to apologise for my loss then discounted my room for me. His acts of kindness made my trip better. This is an older property, and initially I was a little worried until I went in, everything was clean, fresh and very pleasant. My room was spotless and extremely comfortable, the mattress and bedding was perfect!! I would absolutely recommend this location!
A little run down but bed was comfortable, the air/heat worked great, and they are pet free.
We have stayed here for work several times the manager and his sweet mom almost always meets us at the door with a cold water and a snack. The staff is always over the top friendly facility is always clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend the stay to anyone!!!
Just stopped by to see a old friend . seemed fairly clean an not alot of outside people . as in have to worrie about your belongings
Bug infested owner was dishonest and downright mean didn't want to hear about the 20 bug bites I got or the bugs collected for her. The room was not a cancellation it had been lived in for 2 months and still had another 2 months to go and we paid an outrageous price. The owner told me I could not stay there another night and I didn't mind telling her that I didn't care because I didn't want to stay in her bug infested motel. It smelled like someone had thrown up plus sour beer lots of it I clean the room and couldn't get the smell out towels were stained and looked dirty, so was the bathtub there were bugs all over the bathroom floor it was pretty nasty!!!!
