It was not very clean

Decent for the price and a night of sleep while on the road. Google routed us an annoying way to place that was tough in the dark. Room was dated and a bit musty, and road noise loud (we used a white noise machine to help) - but our room was clean enough to feel comfortable. Bed was firm, but comfortable enough. Our bath/shower functioned and drained properly, unlike other reviews. We got in late, past 1am. The person who checked us in was polite, but morning staff seemed annoyed that we checked out 30 minutes late and made a face. Friendliness/professionalism of staff is hit or miss. For our purposes it was good enough.

Awful just awful! Room stunk soon as we walked in, stains on the bed and a hole in the bedspread, carpet was horrible looking, holes in the curtains, and I would’ve stepped foot in the bathtub to even take a shower! We walked right back out of the room got our money back and went somewhere else, there was no way we were going to stay there! The office staff was nice and understanding and refunded our money

This hotel was very decent and had considerably low prices. I think the only adjustment was getting used to different staff and a different environment . For which the OYO is where my fiance and I had been staying at for months prior.i do believe the hotel in a whole Could use some minor updates in the bathrooms, fresh paint, and updated curtains and bedding. Possibly updated chairs and new carpet may help as well with over all smell etc. The air conditioning unit sometimes had a mind of its own and I was not able to keep the room at a consistent temperature . Either it would be freezing or hot. It was hard to find a temperature setting that provided enough air flow to circulate the entire room. A lot of the time I had to use my personal fan to just get the air circulating especially in the bathroom where it would just steam up and cause a lot of moisture in not only the bathroom , but on into the living area. Things always felt wet, damp , or sticky. Overall it was decent as far as the room was concerned. The staff was also a adjustment but loves to be able to see some of our old OYO family staff there with us. The housekeeper was amazing for if I left a note at the front desk for new bedding and went about my day. I could always ensure that everything was just the way I asked for it and the overall experience was good. I don't feel there was much room for negotiating prices or making deals as where I stayed before , and the check out time is very enforced. I believe it was 15 after 11:00 a. M. And a younger woman was walking around with her clip board demanding us to get out of the room with our belongings still left in the roof. I understand the check out date is at 11:00 a.m. and being told we would be getting a late fee floored fee aftering paying $358.00 per week for a motel room. I would think they would be a little bit more flexible with someone who pays almost 1400 9b total per month to live at .nJust my opinion. Missing the OYO / Benton Inn for it burned down and was transferred to days inn .nI would definitely stay again but I would not get burnt on prices and having a more negitiobable staff that cares more about their customers than the rent would be more welcoming.nnWith all do respect ,nJennifer Rivera

Coffee maker didn't work properly! Otherwise it served as a pleasant stay.
