Quiet even though we're right by a busy Thruway. Rooms clean, friendly staff. Owers are really working hard to improve the landscape of the place as well as keeping their rooms up. Not perfect but lots of improvements since my last stay. Good prices. NO BEDBUGS.

Decided to stay a night in a hotel room since I got into town in the middle of the night. This was the only hotel that had vacancy and I can see why. There’s a big hole in the bathroom wall, cracked ceiling, broken sink counter top- separating from wall all the way around, the lock on the door is broken off, and the dresser drawers are broke. We had to turn our toilet on because it wouldn’t flush and we realized it was turned off some how. Never stayed in a room this poor but I need some rest. Never again.

The front building is very nice, the back building is unkept, rundown, and full of trouble makers. The weekly and monthly rates are exceptionally low compared to other hotels, but management is very inattentive and can be quite rude when guests request any kind of services or amenities. The rooms are not thoroughly cleaned and there are bed bugs in some of the rooms in both buildings.

This was the worst stay at a hotel I’ve encountered, the room was horrible, it smelled like mildew, the counter was falling off the wall bathroom had mold, had nasty old smelly curtains, that didn’t even close properly, the pull out bed was nasty it had mold on the edges and had left over items from other guests, didn’t have any bedding, the worst part is I got bitten by bedbugs on my face non the less. I stayed here about 3 weeks ago.... and this person rogulyn krenn had the nerve to say I’m the review there’s no bedbugs well in fact they do have bedbugs.

The room is the pits. The room is dated. The furniture is from 1970s. The floor shakes. The toilet wouldn't flush. I wouldn't sit on the couch for $500. Spend $10 more and go to a national chain motel. You are worth it.
