This was one the best hotels that my wife and I have stayed at during on trip this year. The location was great - right off Hwy 40 and close to gas stations and restaurants. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The front desk service (check-in and checkout) was friendly, helpful (restaurants) and attentive.

truly a beautiful hotel very very well maintained, the staff was incredible period the coffee was actually really good and I highly recommend staying here. I had a pet I was traveling with and they were very receptive to him, and if you have a pet I only have one request please please clean up after your pet so many people have left their pet droppings behind and this hotel is far too nice for that kind of behavior

Stayed here during a road trip and occupied a total of three rooms with our group. The hotel seems to have undergone a poor attempt at renovation leaving many questionable issues. Of our three rooms, two had bathroom doors that were dysfunctional; cleanliness was an issue with all three (hair left in and around shower/finger prints on windows); the showers needed some adjustment in order for it not to spray outside of the bath area. Further, the breakfast offering was paltry at best (even taken with the consideration of Covid 19, other Comfort Suites on our trip were far superior). Overall, the hotel is much overpriced for the quality and cleanliness.

I stayed here last night on a cross country move. Of all the places this is the absolute best. So much so I have made advance reservations at Comfort Suites along my route.

We stayed here on our way to Petit Jean State Park and Hot Springs National Park from Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The room was quite clean and very spacious, which is to be expected from a suite. There is plenty of room to stretch out if needed. This is a pet-friendly hotel, as it seems we booked a room earmarked for pet stay but we did not have a pet with us. The front desk double-checked with us to confirm, and very easily moved us to another room during check in so we didn’t take up a room that could be used by travelers with their pets. All in all, this is a great place to stay if you are just traveling through and you could do worse.
