The eagerness of the night manager to fix the situation with the rate per night error.nThe good...The eagerness of the night manager changing of the sheets once we arrived because they were dirty, and changing our room out completely when no clean sheets were found for our original room.nA cookie was given at check in and out.nThe housekeeping staff was pleasant and eager to assist.nGreat location off the highway and near local stores and shopping centers.nnThe not so good....The mix up with my rate through customer service. I couldn't get it fixed at the hotel, I had to call back through customer service.nWe had 2 rooms, both double beds had dirty sheets and had to be removed and replaced.nNo additional roll of toilet paper, only one roll.nOnly offered coffee and packs of oatmeal for complimentary breakfast.

Nice double queen room. clean and nice tub and shower.perfer to have 40 in flat screen rather than 32 in.i thought the clerk's up front were so friendly and kind. I would recommend this hotel anytime.Price was great also.

Highly recommended. We felt so welcomed here with our pets while relocating from NYC to Austin. Last August 15th 2020, after 20 hours on the road we stopped around midnight in a place that was a real nightmare. Infested with mosquitos and dirty. We called every place around and finally the people at Quality Inn took our reservation and we were back on the road again. What a relief was to arrive to a safe , clean, and welcoming environment. The woman at the desk was very friendly. The room was big, sparkling clean and the bed perfect to rest. Great shower. Highly recommended!

I stayed there last Saturday night the room was nice but.... now I have four unrelated charges on my debit card from them. Called them numerous times trying to straighten this out they said it was a mistake but yet they will not refund my money. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I will never ever stay at Quality Inn ever again
