It was clean hotel. The area was a little so so.
Priceline failed in completing a room relocation; however, in working with priceline by phone they did not extend any empathy or customer service in any form. Hotel owner was called, they refused to assist and expected priceline to do it all. I will never recommend this location based primarily on your night staff. You failed to hold up in any form of your star rating or even review ratings. Remember: your service desk is the face of your company. I will think twice before even considering your locations.
It is so nice, quiet, clean, and great staff that we stopped here on way back.
I'm local and had to stay here due to AC issues. I know the area pretty well. This is in the sketchy side of town, but the staff was great, my room was clean, it's quiet, and the bed was so comfortable!
Stayed during the pandemic. It appeared that the front desk hotel staff were mostly owners. The hotel was clean and appeared to be well-kept. The room was well-appointed with the typical cool mini fridge and a small microwave, though they were a little skimpy on the linens. Our room had a funky 2nd sink in it with below-the-counter areas that appeared to need filling with something. Staff were accommodating. Great experience for us.
