Our 2nd stay in a month. The first room was nice and clean. Seemed like it had been recently redecorated. The second room was definitely older and showed lots of wear and tear. The chair was dirty as was the foot stool. Also the sheets on the bed were backwards. That is the flat sheet was on top of the quilt! Not sure what was going on? Not sure I can fully endorse this location. ud83eudd14. With some good cleaning it should've better!
Receptionist was nice but that was about the only good thing. We booked the room and they told us we could check in early and they'd put a note about it. Get there with 5 kids with us and they say to come back in 3-4 hours because we can't check in early and they listed us as checking in late. They also decided to change our king room to two queens without telling us. When we called to ask about the pool they only told us it was open, not that the heater was out.
I ended up getting a refund and going to a different hotel. The first room (King Leisure Suite) did not have a refrigerator, stains and cigarette burns all over the floor and stunk. I was put in another room and the smell of cigarette smoke reeked through the door, the bed was horrible. The front desk clerk (Jamie) was amazing though. Had I not been so disappointed with the rooms I would give a 2 star just for her helpfulness. But her helpfulness gets a 5 star rating.
Came in with an injury and front desk staff was very quick to grab a wheelchair and very accommodating with extra pillows and towels. Rooms were clean and quiet with a good breakfast. Would stay here again.
The hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was courteous and professional. “To-Go” breakfast was one of the better selections during COVID compared to other locations we stayed. I was a little disappointed to find out the suite was one room and not truly a suite layout. The furniture in our room was older and damaged, including a wobbly lamp that was broken at the base but still in the room. Mold around the tub and water damage on bathroom door as well as above shower that was poorly repaired.
