Management selectively enforces rules for some residents and not the others They say they are going to do something about the wild animals running through the trailer park running underneath my trailer at 233 o'clock in the morning waking up my children on school nights in nothing ever happens they just keep saying they're trapping them and it's not true the other lady down the street from me just spends all her time feeding them they're making absolutely no attempt to trap the cats and all kinds of things to go on that are clearly against the lease but if you don't rake your leaves exactly when they want you to they'll put a notice on your door and you'll have somany days to fix it or pay the price I just think that what is good for some residents should be good for all residents another example cars park and where they're not supposed to but one day I had a friend park on the end of my trailer It wasn't there no time and I was already getting notice from the management of how they can park there but if you make around to the trailer park you could see them all over the place park in places they're not supposed to be not supposed to be broken down cars in the parking lots in the driveway there's broken down cars in a lot of the driveway nothing happens......thats all i guess not that this will do any good

It's ran by the worst management I've ever seen ,nasty conditions , should be shut down by the City or State
