The hotel looked good on the outside but in the rooms the covers and sheets were dirty. The attendant was very helpful to solve all our problems. They had roaches. Coffee pot in the bathroom next to the toilet. No microwave in the room, one light bulb blowed when we turned on lights, another one was missing.
Door jamb missing bottom screw. Had to kick door to get it open.nOtherwise bed was awesome
The guy who was at front desk is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are also nice and clean
I absolutely love the Staff! They always make me feel so welcome!
Came to the hotel at 10 minutes before check in time, was told that our room was not ready. No problem, we checked in and left for about an hour, came back and came to our room. It looks like someone came in and threw the covers up over the beds, vacuumed at the floor, put towels, soap etc. in the bath and left. We always check the beds and there was hair, dried blood and goodness knows what else was in the beds. Dried blood and dirt on the comforters, yuck!!! Can barely open the refrigerator and when you do it’s dirty and the little freezer is frozen over. Air conditioner has pieces falling off of it and is dusty and dirty. All the lights are falling apart and I’m scared to use them. Mirrors are dirty and there’s dust on everything...it’s absolutely disgusting!!!
