I'm in town for a wedding and the hotel is really nice and has a soft ambience to it. The young ladies at the front desk are really nice and very professional. This will be my first night here but so far everything is wonderful and clean!!!
HUGE COMFY BEDS and pillows. Clean, quiet and ac was cold. Good location and close to LR Air Force Base. Staff was very pleasant to work with. Will stay again next trip to LR.
From the free valet parking on welcoming new guests, to the hassle free check in, to the opulently furnished room, the Venetian sets itself apart as a luxury hotel. We found staff to be friendly and helpful when asked, and we were very pleased with our well appointed room. The only minor gripe is the walk from the room to the breakfast/restaurant area which is incredibly long and naturally, takes you through the casino. Unnecessary!
Staff was very nice and professional and rooms were clean and spacious. Great place to stay for a night and I had no problems.
Had bugs in room floor felt wet like it was shampooed recently. Morning clerk was like sorry about that I have noted it and it will be check out then went back to the call here was on. Not friendly. Evening check in girl was very pleasant
