How are the owners of this park? all i am finding is the listings for renting a home

bought a mobile home here after 18 months of first 2 year lease the lot rent was raised they don't honor the lease they jack up the lot rent every year by at least 50.00 and the homes they rent are cheap and fall apart real quick if you want to be ripped off then its a great place to live otherwise I wish I would have kept looking for a stick built home and never moved in here

Ownership just changed and this seems to be quite a bit better so far. They have already re surfaced our streets. Curious to see what that will do to our property rent next year. And next year came with a $50 per month increase to our rent. Thanks a lot Forest View. Keep raising your costs and you may find you will have a very mt neighborhood. We are mostly seniors on ss here and although your rent goes up our ss does not. Reducing to 3 stars.
