Tried to make reservations and my cousin would be arriving before me—they won’t let her check in, even with my cc card!! I realize it’s crazy times—-but these are for my aunts medical procedures and I’m just trying to get something done quick and easy!! Lady that answered the phone—after a 10 min wait, was completely rude!! Soooo not typical St. Vincent patient care and service!
I love the guest house inn. The rooms are always clean and the staff treats you like family all the time. Great place to stay.
Definitely NOT a 3star! The entire floor has a hospital ODOR. The walls, appliances, and phone are at least 20 years old. Severely dissatisfied and embarrassed!
Do not accept animals especially cats there's no if ands or buts about it he asked me if they were quite rude with their customer service had Expedia call me and let me know about the cancellation of my trip. I have a certified service animal with documentation. then she seemed to want to argue with me about my driver's license not being valid she pulled out a whole booklet binder and still cannot show me where my license wasnt correct validation in the handbook.
Everything is clean and very nice rooms. My only complaint is no conditioner and shampoo and body wash stinks
