I really liked the service. Hotel staff was very professional and kind. Very helpful.
The service is definitely good, and it's located near quite a lot of good food, and has a decent amount of parking, but I was not satisfied by how clean my room was, especially during the COVID 19 pandemic. I had to personally wipe down a lot of the items myself, and saw areas that should have been cleaned a lot better. I also got a ground floor room right next to the trash bucket. It gets the job done but I would have preferred somewhere a little cleaner.
Fantastic Hotel. Staff was super friendly, housekeeping was on point, my room was super clean. Only complaint is the fact that the piano Was Out Of Tune in the lobby. Once they get that going, it's a 5-star rating. Pantry full of goodies for you to grab, very helpful across the board.
The staff is FRIENDLY is all I can say for this place. I paid $113 for my room and it looks like a $45 room. Everybody shares soap in the bathroom ( yuck )! It's in dispensers. The hotel doors to the rooms are dirty. My shower was dirty, there's coffee for two but only one pack of sugar and stirrer. I'm really just disapointed this placed looked so nice in the pictures.
The GM was pretty awesome explaining prices and making sure we took advantage of the best offers available. The rooms were clean and the bed was amazing. The shower was comfortable and hot. I can’t complain at all and would highly recommend giving this place a try. #Thanks
