There was no cleaning service, and there are roaches in the rooms.

People here are mostly good folk's. The staff are short-handed but keep a positive attitude and do the best they can with a skeleton crew. Great experience staying here though. If the staff weren't overwhelmed I'd give it 5 stars

Myself and young daughter got a room around 6:30pm on a Tuesday. The front desk attendant was very nice and professional. As soon as we got up to the room we noticed cockroaches crawling on the walls and the bathroom door was falling off the hinges. While walking down to check out I noticed strong marijuana smoke smell throughout the halls. The elevator seemed to have mechanical issues on the way up so we took the stairs down. When requesting a refund at front desk the attendant called for approval and we had no problem getting refunded.nNote: The Attendant at front desk (Raeshawn) was respectful and professional for an establishment that was managed like an hourly motel. He has potential to be a valuable asset.nnI have stayed in many motels and hotels over a 25 year time frame. Roach motels all the way to 5 star establishments. I always had a pretty good idea what I was getting before booking a room. This stay was my first time to request a refund. Even if they would not have refused me, I would have still left because of the environment. This hotel has potential to be nice again but needs management restructuring.

I just booked room by phone and she booked my room. Later I came here in hotel and call to front desk. She said coming in few minutes. I wait for 30 minute and no body showed up. Later I call customer service and he said your reservation is cancelled. We are not able to accommodate you. So why they booked my room and tell me to wait in lobby for long time. No body on front desk. It is very very bad experience and waste of time.

Currently staying here but My room is in front of the emergency exit door and people are in and out all the time until 3 in the morning so I cannot sleep at night. I have to stay here since my house is under the construction but I would like to change the room.nnPlease don’t stay here. People are smoking cigarettes and weed when it’s supposed to be non-smoking room. Now our room smells like smoke. The most awful experience.
