Great stay here! We thought the beds were comfy! The sofa pull out bed was not something I would have slept on but, we were happy to have it for the kids. Room was clean and included a small fridge and microwave. Great sized shower. Easy check in and out.

Let me start with the staff. Both women I had the pleasure of dealing with were so kind and helpful. I am staying due to a medical surgery for my partner and I tell you they were so accommodating! They made sure we had a ground level room that was spacious and clean. It was so nice to come into such a nice room after such a long drive. I messed up my bookings before I even got there and the women helped me get everything on track over the phone. While I was getting confused she was kind, patient and Informative. I was also very grateful to the breakfast options as I have a lot of dietary restrictions it was nice to have multiple options of food up there that I was able to eat.

We've been in a lot of hotels visiting family during COVID and this one has most everything we were looking for. We travel with young kids and the suites are perfect for setting them up with their own play and sleep area. The rooms have a fridge,, sink and microwave. There is an indoor pool here which is perfect for swimming when it gets cold. Free coffee and grab and go breakfasts. The location is right next to 440 and 630 so you are minutes away from a lot of places. A few areas were in need of repair, including a leaky toilet so we slept with the bathroom closed. Overall a good, affordable place to stay for families with kids.

Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Quiet when we visited (Oct 2020). Masks required in public spaces. Even though breakfast is grab-and-go, we are a hot bacon-and-egg biscuit that was delicious. Our room had a Walk-in shower only, no tub, but the shower is nice. We will stay here again.

Great staff, one gentleman in particular. Removing one star for more thorough communication around property measures during COVID. All I knew was that they were doing less frequent housekeeping and people were supposed to wear masks in the lobby areas - even though I saw folks who weren't and I understand that it's rough these days enforcing that. I have no idea of their sanitizing measures for the room.nnAlso saw a lady with her room key in her mouth so I REALLY hope they're sanitizing the room keys from here onwards regardless of COVID.nnThere is a real quality drop from just 3.5 star rating to this property at 3 stars. And I paid $70/night at a 4 star location in VA vs $113/night here. It's a safe generally clean property so you won't regret it but know what value you're paying for
