I am actually still here and checking out tomorrow but I have been here over ten days. Love the location, staff has been great and rooms are clean! I haven’t heard much noise at all. Will probably be back next week! Highly recommend
The room was outdated in a very sketchy neighborhood. The hotel clerk was extremely rude. He couldn't even get up to give me my driver's license back , leaving me to lean over to stretch almost falling over to get my license back.Within minutes of seeing the room with it already being the wrong location that I meant to reserve,I left and rented a room on Mccain. This clerk was extremely helpful and kind. Hopefully choice rewards will makeup some for the loss
Both times the lobby, breakfast area, and rooms were clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable! The only negative, very small negative, was the remote needed new batteries. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful as was the cleaning lady, who from her knowledge must be a long time employee. This hotel is close to UAMS and we found that is was easier to get there using Markham instead of getting back on the interstate. It is also quiet although being that close to the interstate. We will always check an area for a hotel in this chain. We have stayed in Conway and Tampa and found the stay to be just as nice each time.
Amid a pandemic, these guys ran a very professional ship. It was comfortable and clean. The only issue was the AC had a mind of it's own, or we couldnt figure it out. Great place that I would recommend again.
was very happy satisfied with my stay here. I really enjoyed the snacks right before I went to go see a play at Murry's Dinner Playhouse. I also liked there was a list of restaurants and malls near the motel. The person at the front desk the day I was there was very professional. I will stay here again :)
