We loved this place! The room was so cozy, the bed n couch was very comfy. I loved the walking in shower. The olny thing I was upset about was the breakfast, but with covid I understand completely. Maybe next time we come that will be back to normal.
This has the most professional and friendly staff that I have ever seen in a hotel chain. The rooms are extremely clean which I like since some very asthmatic. I would not stay anywhere else .
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and comfey bed. The induction hot plate cooked everything I wanted to. Close to several good restaurants
First time staying at any Home2. Very nice but breakfast buffet was very limited due to virus restrictions, so it made the overnight rate a little expensive. It was amazing how soft the bed sheets were.
The area was clean and organized.nThe problem came with the receptionist and the room. Our first room was sweltering at 82 degrees even though the thermostat was set to 72. We called to ask for a new room, our receptionist Rosanna was rude, short, and dismissive. She didn’t apologize or offer any other options. After pressing her for a new room we got it, but it was also hot. We decided to leave. She did not speak, offer any apology, or any solutions. I was very disappointed
