Wonderful , compassionate people. Gave my friend and I a hospital rate when her husband had surgery and even gave us a bottle of water and a snack after a very emotional day. Highly recommend this very clean hotel.
Nicely updated property, all the amenities you'd expect. Comfortable bedding, nice large television, decent shower head, friendly staff. Someone on my floor was how do I say this, smoking some very dank weed, I could even smell it in the room, and it was overpowering in the hallway. Was not a big deal but in a property of this caliber, it was unexpected. Overall hope I am never in that area again, but if I was, would stay again.
I have stayed here off and on for 4 weeks! My husband has been in Baptist health hospital sick with covid..The manager has been great with working with me! The staff have been so sweet and nice! Even when I was so upset I couldn’t think. Clean rooms and making sure I have everything I need!
This is where I work. We have a great, awesome team of people that work here. Come spend the night with us, I promise you, you won't be disappointed.
Was there 10-20-2020 for one night. While eating dinner saw some sort of bug crawling up wall. Later, when i picked up both my wallet and cell phone, there were bugs (smaller than ants) under both. The entire television area seemed infested. Bed seemed clear of the critters, and i was very tired, so i stayed. In the morning I saw many more of the same type bug in the bathroom crawling about. Also saw a centipede type bug which entered while i was on throne. Reported problem at checkout and was thanked.
