We booked our stay while traveling during COVID. We originally chose this hotel because they had great reviews, a convenient location, and didn’t come up on any of the bed bug registries (we always check before we book anything). The room was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel overall was cute and well kept.nAfter leaving, I realized that the necklace I put on that morning while I was packing was missing. It was extremely special as it was the first gift my husband gave me when we were dating. I called from the road and they checked the room and couldn’t find it. I was absolutely devastated. I had no idea when it fell off or I lost it, but it seemed as if it was gone forever. A few days later I got a phone call from the staff, the housekeeper literally checked the entire room on her hands and knees and she found it! The clasp had broken and she found it hidden in the carpet. It was truly priceless and they went above and beyond to return it to me. Exceptional service, highly recommend to anyone staying in Little Rock. It’s a great hotel, but more importantly they are honest and treat you like family. Rare find!

Hilton Garden Inn a great place to stay if you're in West LR. Located off a major street, but quick access to all the amenities of West LR. We were well received by the Staff in this open, airy, roomy establishment. They offer a bar and restaurant if you chose to stay in. Very clean, comfortable and quiet! We needed a break from a hectic week and this was the perfect retreat!

This place is amazing!!! The staff is super friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I don't have one negative thing to say. This is my favorite Hilton in the Little Rock/North Little Rock area.

Well maintained, Excellent staff, good food. Front desk was very accommodating. Had an very impressive bar tender.nThanks for a great stay
