Awesome place to stay! Be willing to rough it a little as the cabins are very basic, but they are always clean and comfortable. The new owners are so nice, too! The food at the cafe is consistently good, and the trails are some of the best in the state. We've been several places in AR and this is one that we come back to over and over.

We have been to many places for our quad rides and this one is in the top ten. Greg and his team bought this place last year and have been working hard to get it all remodeled and back in shape after years of neglect. When we arrived, Blake met us and got us all checked in and then he taught us about a new app for our phone that had all of the trails in the area. Once downloaded, it was even available with no phone signal because it worked off of GPS. Even tracked the trails that we rode on. That evening, Greg taught us some more on the app and let us know what was special about each of the trails along with any closings on them. The family and team that now own and run this business are working very hard to earn everyone's business and get the word out that it's not the same place it was before they bought it. They also have a small restaurant on site that has the best burgers in the state. Awesome place and awesome team that cares and has knowledge about threa also. Come check it out. We will be back again later this year. Great little cabins that they are in the process of updating also. Several camp sites with all locations having access to the trails. Bonus: they also have a small store on site with some of the basics that you may have forgotten at home.

Absolutely best place we have ever stayed! Accommodations were perfect, owner is a great guy and we had an awesome time on the trails! I highly recommend you visit this place!

Well If your looking for a peaceful place to ride you found it. Let's Ride, The mountains are absolutely beautiful, amazing views with beathtaking sunsets. Great people with good hospitality. The food is worth the wait, amazing experience. 5 stars worthy for sure.

It's a great place to camp. It's under new ownership. He has a couple of hiccups but hes doing good and I love it there. I think that people from Dover in the mountain area need to gather once more like they used to back in the day the play music on a Saturday night a jam session it was always packed on Saturday I'd.
