It was a really nice place to stay. The lobby is closed so I had to check in through the night window. The room was clean and unlike Motel 6, the sheets were clean and not ed with cigarette burn holes. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable to me. Not a lot of traffic noise so I was able to fall asleep pretty quickly.
This location was perfect for our needs. It is not a 5 star 5 star hotel, it is a 5 star 3 star hotel. It was clean, reasonably priced, centrally located for our needs and the staff was exceptionally professional, courteous & hospitable. We were extremely comfortable during our stay. If you want 5 star luxury, go somewhere else. If you want a 5 star comfortable, affordable room, this is the perfect place. We will return to this location in the future.
The room was comfortable. The front desk personnel were great. It was really good for a $51 room but they charged me $28 in fees to make a reservation by phone. This was not quoted and is extremely deceptive. I'm adding Best Western to the list of hotels that I won't be giving my money to any more.
Bed is squeaky. Needs some oil.other than that e everything good.room clean.close to restaurant walk next door.desk clerk was very nice
Rooms are nice but the staff? If I ask for more towels give them to me. Don’t dare tellnMe to go get my dirty ones first. Customers should always come first!
