This is the only hotel in town worth staying at for a trip of any kind! The staff is always professional and genuinely helpful to their guests. They're located near the university, several wonderful restaurants, and its location is great for avoiding the sounds of traffic and loitering. Within the hotel are some of the cleanest and best kept amenities, like a gym, a swimming pool, and conference rooms. To stay at any other hotel in this area is a disservice to yourself.
Every time I come to Russellville to visit my daughter I stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The general manager, Jennie, & her staff do an excellent job. Great service, very clean room. Can't go wrong staying here!!!!
Nice accommodations. Good price. But the walls have 0 sound deadening on either side of my room. Had to call the front desk on the room next door where numerous unsupervised children were partying.
Rooms are always comfortable and clean. The Staff is Top Notch very friendly and professional. I recommend staying at this location.
Serivce at the front desk was great, they are very attentive and ready to meet needs. The biggest difference of this Holiday inn express and others is that the breakfast here is mostly undesirables, such as donut sticks, cereals, a banana, and some juice/water. The next concern was that the room didnt have any mini bottles of any type of lotion. Just a single bar of soap. I did enjoy the room overall. The big bay windows are a plus and the blue lining in the window frame makes the day and night always look like early mornings to me.
